Karen has been dancing since the age of three, mastering various styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, pom dance, flamenco, folklorico, and ballroom. As captain of her dance team, "The Strutters," she has garnered numerous awards and titles in both commercial and ballroom dance competitions.

She has graced prestigious events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC, Broadway Dance Center, Boston's "Arts Bridge," and Houston Galas. Karen is an active competitor, champion, and finalist in various dance circuits.

Her experience extends to musical theater and television, having been featured on the renowned TV show "Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team." She has trained with esteemed coaches and celebrities like Shirley Ballas, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, and Jenna Johnson. Karen was also highlighted in Modern Luxury Spotlight's November issue as one of Houston's 2021 "Dynamic Women."
